I previously worked for the Canadian Football League as their Lead Web Developer.
The CFL’s website, cfl.ca runs a multi-site wordpress setup that not only hosts the league’s website itself, but also its french language version, lcf.ca as well many of the teams’ websites too. I was involved with web application support initiatives which include:
- Centralizing the player page system in the CFL Site Network allowing player information to be stored with one copy and used on all of the CFL team sites.
- Improved poll voting performance and functionality.
- Adding view displays for CFL Combine data shown on the cfl.ca frontend.
