As her team deals with some super-sized phone requests, Nieve investigates a problem with overheating laptops. What she finds is an entire department on the brink of an explosive meltdown.

Nieve must team up with a hot succubus and find a way to cool down the situation before her clients reach critical mass.

“GVU Support,” Nieve greeted in a pleasant voice, “How may I help you?”

“Hi, I can’t get wifi to work,” said an exasperated voice on the other end of the line. “I’ve tried everything.”

“Alright, let’s start by checking your network settings. When you go there, what network IDs do you see listed there?”

“None, and my wifi is on.”

This was impossible. Wifi is almost everywhere on Planet Neerg. She leaned back and took a moment to think about this. Where could they be?

“May I ask where exactly you are right now, sir?” asked Nieve.

“I am sitting on some clouds above the campus waiting for my client to arrive.”

Nieve frowned. “Clouds? Just how high are you?”

“About 40,000 feet, give or take.”
