Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Talking With Gabbi

All conversations with Kaleem’s AI Assistant, Gabbi / Gabrielle, are logged and used internally to improve her data and models, along with analyzing interactions for trends and business intelligence purposes. This data helps enhance her performance, refine her understanding, and provide better assistance to users. This data we log are IPs and does not capture any personally identifiable information unless you tell Gabbi personal information.

While conversations are recorded, your privacy is a priority. Personal information shared during interactions will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for insights and improvements but will not identify individual users.

By interacting with Gabbi, you agree to the collection and usage of conversation data as outlined.

Who we share your data with

We only share data to third party services you provide permission to. For example, if you currently use our social media management software, you must grant permission for our software before it is able to read and write data from the social media account you authorize the connection with.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

All data captured through Gabbi are retained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

On our Social Media Software, any social media accounts you connect to (ie: give permission) will allow our software to post content as you requested on your behalf.
